SCRAM Systems offers a handheld, completely portable and wireless monitoring device known as SCRAM Remote Breath.
L.A. Monitoring provides this program to our clients:
- On a voluntary basis, to rebuild trust with friends and family or to assist with family court visitation agreements.
- As an alternative to the SCRAM ankle bracelet, when a medical condition makes the bracelet impractical, but alcohol monitoring is a condition of release or sentencing in a criminal court.
SCRAM Remote Breath features facial recognition software and prompts the client when it’s time to test. Each test taken or missed records a GPS location and records test results, whether or not a client is in cell phone range.
